The event operates on Saturday morning (5th February)  with cars entering the Rides & Coffee arena from around 700am with the event proper kicking off around 1000am (these times will be confirmed closer to the event). We have a few hours of admiring all the cars then we do a parade lap of the mountain around 1200pm. Each car that is on display can participate in the parade lap (speed limited to 60kph) and then we park back in the R&C arena. Drivers are free to wander off and watch the race whilst the cars remain on display for the remainder of the day. The VIP parking area is also open on Sunday for all registered R&C participants. 

Pricing for the event is below and each registered participant receives a 3 day GA ticket that provides VIP parking, the parade lap, and a gift bag from the event sponsor Chemical Guys. 

GA ticket for 1 person and 1 car: $145 inc GST

GA tickets for 2 people and 1 car: $185 inc GST
