Phil.

Unfortunately, I don't think that my Cobra will be completely finished and registered in time for the Nationals.

However, the three of us will be attending on the Sunday and staying overnight at the Post House Motel, Goulburn.

Will it be o.k. if we join the cruise in my HSV?

If so, I will include the $20 each for the cruise lunch in the cheque which we are ready to send off for the Presentation dinner at the Club on the Sunday night.

HI Baz,
That is a shame about your car.

Absolutely you are able to join the cruise with the HSV.
You will not be part of the competition but will be included for lunch, just fill out how many and att it to the cost.

I am hoping to make it but there are still a few variables in place, If I do come down I will be driving the Cobra to and from (So one varaiable is if I am registered or on club plates by then), so there will be no competition entries for me.

Ticket Girls.

HI Brett,
The girls are the offical raffle ticket sellers. They did a great job last year and most importantly they looked as though they enjoyed it.

Glad you are coming.

Phil,

A couple of things.

1. Is there any way of changing my Password on the Forum to one I can remember without referring to notes?

2. Can someone bring the raffle books to the breakfast this Sunday to hand out to members? I have people after them already.

Phil,

I have a couple of suggestions for Peter, but his contact details are not listed in 'Contacts' on the Home Page. Could you pass my query concerning Passwords onto him please and let me know the result.

Patto and The Greek God will be making another assault on the King and Queen Cobra titles this year.
Thankfully Greeky will put his skirt on again and be the Queen...
See you there...

Tire Clasification

As most of you will see we have posted the new suplimentary regs for the nationals and we have refined the tyre specifications.

To clarrify that any Hoosier brand tyer is not a street legal tire, it may have a DOT rating but also has "For Competition use only" molded on the tire.

There is also this warning taken from the Hoosier site.

WARNING

NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE: All Hoosier Racing Tires including DOT labeled Hoosier Racing Tires are designed for racing purposes only on specified racing surfaces and are not to be operated on public roadways. DOT labeled Hoosier Racing Tires meet Department Of Transportation requirements for marking and performance only and are NOT INTENDED FOR HIGHWAY USE. It is unsafe to operate any Hoosier Racing Tire including DOT tires on public roads. The prohibited use of Hoosier Racing Tires on public roadways may result in loss of traction, unexpected loss of vehicle control, or sudden loss of tire pressure, resulting in a vehicle crash and possible injury or death.

The use of these tires will see you classed as open class.
