Thanks Ray & Kay,
What a lovely and relaxing day, the only disappointment for me was our car was not running.
All else about the great was great.
The drive, the lunch, the company, the bowls - all good.

Thanks,
Kim

Report and Photos

7 Cobras, 1 GT 40 & 1 sedan left Berowra to pick up 3 Cobras at Hawkesbury Bridge
(Guess who missed the meeting place?) We then met the remainder of the team (6) at Wisemanís Ferry
A beautiful sunny morning saw us head north & then through Central Mangrove & Spencer (a place time has forgotten) to arrive at W F where we parked safely at the rear of the bowling club.
After the rain of the previous week we all enjoyed the sunshine on the balcony while having a refreshing drink & a light lunch.
Then 24 hopefuls hit the Green & with a little help from the local members tried our hand at barefoot bowls.
Among much laughter & encouragement from the onlookers we found that the bias didnít always go the right way. Many bowls needed to be collected from the team next to us.
With dark skies threatening, many cut short the experience, and made a quick departure home, hoping to beat the rain.
Donít worry said our fearless President, after checking the web itís OK!
A fun day and another great day out with our club members
Needless to say we did need our soft top, so as not to get wet Phil
